Always hang out or hang up your coat to allow it to air out and

you could place it on the hanger and then place the hanger on the hook.

hanged in the closet lest in molds and becomes musty. It should instead be
hanged outside and in a proper well ventilated location

and take your coats for the season to the dry cleaners so that it can be tucked

moths, and untreated stains and smells will set with time. Don't wait until the
end of the season to clean your jacket if it really needs it, but clean it
